Los Tamarindos is an Organic Farm & Restaurant located just one mile away from the Sea of Cortez and San Jose Del Cabo's estuary, it's a property dating back to the 19th Century and was first used to grow sugar cane, one of the area's major exports during that time, and due to its fertile soil quickly became one of the region's most important farms.

The most authentic farm-to-table experience.
Immerse in a unique culinary journey, enjoying the colors, textures, and aromas while you walk around the crops to harvest your own vegetables and aromatic herbs. Then in a beautiful kitchen terrace built in stone walls and wooden ceilings, take a 4 course meal “hands on” class, guided by our chef, and learn to cook succulent dishes from the Mexican and Mediterranean cuisine. After the class, share a common table tasting the fruits of you labor while you enjoy the view of the fields and the breeze of the Sea of Cortez.
